Review and Photos: MAC's Archie's Girls' Oh, Oh, Oh Lipstick (from Betty's collection)

MAC's Oh, Oh, Oh, one of Betty's lipsticks from the Archie's Girls collection.

This was the first item I purchased from MAC's Archie's Girls collection. (I thought it would be my last. Right.) I was immediately drawn to it because of its sheer, reddish-berry look, which is made extra-special with some gold shimmer.

I think it's a beautiful "my lips, but better" shade. It's great for every day.

Here's what it looks like on:

Oh, Oh, Oh applied next to my NC/NW20 skin. As you can see, it's fairly sheer.

Bare lip for reference.

I tend to rub my lips together a lot during the day, so this doesn't last terribly long on me—but the best thing about it is that it's easy to reapply! No need for liner or a lot of fuss. Just pop open your compact, dab it on, and you're good to go! The adorable packaging is a bonus—I love pulling it out of my bag.

Would I repurchase? If I could. It's limited edition.

Rating: Four stars out of five.

Available: Still available at maccosmetics.com and nordstrom.com. You could also try your local MAC store if you're quick. The price point is $20 CAD.

Do you like the look of MAC's Oh, Oh, Oh lipstick? Or is it too sheer for you?  Let me know in the comments below!
