Charlotte Tilbury's Liv it Up: My Favourite Lipstick Shade for Spring

A recent makeup look featuring Charlotte Tilbury's Matte Revolution Lipstick in Liv It Up.

I adore bright pink and plum lipstick shades. But this spring, I've developed a love for light pink and nude lipsticks. Some do wash me out—but the right ones are delicious.

I introduced a friend to the wonders of Charlotte Tilbury a couple of weeks ago, and of course, I couldn't walk away from the counter without a treasure of my own. I tried a lipstick shade I normally wouldn't gravitate toward—and I love it.

How I feel about Charlotty Tilbury's Liv It Up.

Liv It Up is part of Charlotte Tilbury's Hot Lips collection, a range of 12 lipstick shades inspired by celebrities. It's a light, neutral pink in her Matte Revolution formula. I presume it's inspired by Liv Tyler.

If you haven't tried any of Charlotte Tilbury's lipsticks, you need to. They're my favourite formulas ever. Seriously, I have 13 of them. The K.I.S.S.I.N.G. lipsticks are softly shiny and creamy, and the Matte Revolution lipsticks are matte without being TOO matte, and not at all drying. Honestly, I have a hard time wearing anything else. They're that comfortable, and that gorgeous.
